New composition of the Board of Directors and its constitution into a body

The Societe Anonyme under the name " SOCIETE ANONYME ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING " and the distinctive title "ADMIE (IPTO) HOLDING S.A." (or "Company") informs investors, in accordance with par. 4.1.3.3 and 4.1.3.6 of the Regulation of Athens Stock Exchange, as in force today, in combination with the article 17, par. 1 of the Regulations (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament & Council on 16th April, 2014, that the elected, from the 6th Extraordinary General Meeting held on 20.12.2023, new seven - member (7 - member) Board of Directors of the Company, withw three - year term, according to the article 11 par. 1 and 2 of its Article of Association, constituted today (20.12.2023) into a body, as follows:

• Georgia - Christina Giovani, daughter of Ioannis, Chairman of the BoD - Executive member, with term until 19.12.2026,
• Niki Achtypi, daughter of Charalampos, Vice - Chairman of the BoD - Non - Executive Member, with term until 19.12.2026,
• Ioannis Karampelas, son of Dimitrios, Chief Executive Officer - Executive Member, with term until 19.12.2026,
• Konstantinos Angelopoulos,, son of Loukas, Independent - Non-ExecutiveMember of the Bod, with term until 19.12.2026,
• Konstantinos Drinas, son of Georgios, Independent - Non-ExecutiveMember of the Bod, with term until 19.12.2026,
