At around 16:10 on January 1, 2024, an earthquake of magnitude

7.6 (maximum intensity 7) occurred with its epicenter in the Noto region of Ishikawa Prefecture. We would like to express our deepest sympathies to the victims of the earthquake.

The maximum seismic intensity of the earthquake was 4 at the location of ADR's properties, and we have not confirmed any human casualties or damage that may have a material impact on our operating conditions. If any situation that may have a significant impact on our operating conditions is confirmed in the future, we will issue a new notice.
