Notice Concerning Revise on the Asset Management Consignment Agreement

Advance Residence Investment Corporation (ADR) announced that it resolved at a meeting of its board of directors today to revise the Asset Management Consignment Agreement concluded with AD Investment Management Co., Ltd., to which ADR entrust its asset management operations, subject to the approval of the

revise on the Articles of Incorporation at the "4th General Unitholders' Meeting" of ADR scheduled on October

26, 2017, as follows.

1. Overview and Reason of the Revise

   Arrangements were made to align the agreement to the descriptions of the "Targets and Policies of Asset Management" as designated in the Articles of Incorporation (planned to be revised on October 26, 2017).

2. Planned Date of the Revise

   October 26, 2017

3. Outlook

   No impact is expected from the revise on the Asset Management Consignment Agreement.
