Ad hoc announcement in accordance with Section 15 of the German Securities Trading Act Advanced Inflight Alliance AG: Information concerning the intent of a Group Merger of Advanced Inflight Alliance AG onto Global Entertainment AG and the request of Global Entertainment AG to carry out a procedure to exclude the minority shareholders (merger-specific squeeze out) Munich, July 31, 2013 - Global Entertainment AG (currently still trading under Blitz 13-260 AG) has informed Advanced Inflight Alliance AG of its intent to merge Advanced Inflight Alliance AG as transferring entity onto Global Entertainment AG as receiving entity and proposed to enter into negotiations concerning a merger agreement. Global Entertainment AG has requested that the remaining shareholders (minority shareholders) of Advanced Inflight Alliance AG should be excluded in connection with the merger in accordance with Section 62 paragraph 5 sentence 1 of the German Transformation Act in conjunction with Sections 327a et seqq. of the German Stock Corporation Act (merger-specific squeeze out). The general meeting will have to resolve upon such squeeze out. A draft of the merger agreement will contain a respective clause.

According to its own information, Global Entertainment AG owns approx.
94.07 percent of the share capital of Advanced Inflight Alliance AG and, thus, is the main shareholder in the meaning of Section 62 paragraph 5 sentence 1
of the German Transformation Act.
The Management Board of Advanced Inflight Alliance AG plans to enter into negotiations with Global Entertainment AG concerning the conclusion of a merger agreement in which connection it is intended to squeeze out the minority shareholders of Advanced Inflight Alliance AG.
