Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited announced at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders for the year 2015, held on 24 March 2015 has approved the appropriation of the net profit for the year ended December 31, 2014 as dividend of THB 12.00 per share, of which THB 6.04 per share was paid as an interim dividend on 2 September 2014. Therefore the remaining dividend to be paid for the year 2014 is THB 5.96 per share. The book closing date for the right to receive dividend will be on 31 March 2015 and the dividend will be paid on 22 April 2015.
The company elected Mr. Yek Boon Seng as Independent Director. Also approved the appointment of Mrs. Preeya Danchaivijit to be a director in replacement of Mr. Narulcha Chitreekan who resigned.
