NOTIFICATION RECEIVED BY THE COMPANY
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Advanced Integrated
Manufacturing Corp. Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to refer to
the Company's announcement dated 14 April 2011 announcing
that Dr Tan Kim Yong (Group Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of the Company) has been charged with an offence
under Section 197(1)(b) of the Securities & Futures Act
(Chapter 289) (the "SFA"), read with Section 204(1) of the
SFA. The hearing has been completed today and Dr Tan has been
fined S$120,000 for the offence.
