AECOM announced the appointment of Sue Kershaw as Senior Vice President, Program Management Executive for its Program Management global business line. In this role, Ms. Kershaw will be responsible for overseeing the Company's transformational and complex programs around the world, providing technical leadership and strategic direction, as well as driving innovation in AECOM's Program Management offering. Ms. Kershaw is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience leading global teams to deliver some of the world's most complex programs, including Crossrail, HS2, Gatwick Airport Station and several national highways projects.

She was instrumental in the success of the London 2012 Olympics serving as the Deputy Director and Head of Program Management for Transport within the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA). A renowned changemaker, she has a track record of spearheading sustainable growth and fostering meaningful, long-term client relationships. She continues to exemplify industry leadership, serving as president of the Association for Project Management (APM) and advocating for greater representation of women in senior construction roles within communities.

Prior to joining AECOM, Ms. Kershaw served as Costain's managing director of transportation, managing director for KPMG's Infrastructure advisory group, and director of rail at CH2M. Ms. Kershaw's appointment is effective immediately and she will be based in Los Angeles.
