We will continue to pursue the creation of "environmental
value" for our customers and for the local communities.

The roots of our company can be traced back to the fire at the Sennichi Department Store in Osaka in May of 1972, which is considered to be the worst fire in the history of building fires in Japan.
With the aim of preventing such a tragic accident from ever happening again, we founded the company and developed our expertise and techniques in facility management to "pursue facility safety and provide an environment where customers can visit facilities with peace of mind."

With this in mind, Nichii Maintenance, the predecessor of our company, was founded in November 1972. Subsequently, AEON delight was formed through a business merger with several companies that shared the same aspirations, and we have continued to carry out these aspirations. To set this new company up for further success, we clarified our vision and defined our management principle as "We Pursue the Creation of 'Environmental Value' for our Customers and for the Local Communities".
This builds on our roots of ensuring safety and security, and further expands the value we provide to include cleanliness, comfort, and reducing environmental impact, thereby elevating our aspiration to become a company that continues to protect people's precious places.

Our Group celebrated its 50th anniversary, but our societal role remains the same. We will continue to do our best to create environmental value and protect people's precious places, keeping in mind our founding philosophy and using the advanced techniques that have enabled us to provide safety and security over the past 50 years.
