Groupe ADP and GMR Group announced the execution of their Industrial Partnership, demonstrating their intent to cooperate with each other and a shared global vision for the airport sector. This marks a new significant step into building the large airport alliance to welcome passengers and leverage both groups' expertise to continuously improve operations. In a unique post-covid context, Groupe ADP and GMR want to further strengthen their cooperation to identify areas of synergy and seize new opportunities to improve efficiency and define world- class new, safe standards of experience for the passengers.

This agreement will thus enhance and accelerate their cooperation to leverage on each others' strengths, and to add value to both companies in their entire network of airports and explore new business avenues. To do so, some of the areas this Industrial partnership will focus on include: Sustainability, through common objectives to reduce the footprint of the industry, by leveraging, for instance, through DIALs ACI Level 4+ (Transition) accreditation or H2 initiative. Passenger experience, notably through implementing Smart Airports innovations and experience.

Airport Operations, by enhancing throughput and capacity on existing and future platforms, Information Technology/Innovation, by synergizing the capabilities of both group in various areas such as cybersecurity, block chain architecture, joint IT solutions, etc. with access to the development ecosystem across Europe and India; Airport Services & Offerings: by driving high levels of service standards and possible opportunities for co-operation; Design, Engineering and Project Management: Identifying synergies across the rich and complementary capabilities across Design, Engineering & Maintenance, Project Management & Construction Expertise across the portfolio of the Alliance as well as to provide services to third parties.
