AFC Agro Biotech Limited announced that the Board of Directors has decided to issue 5 years Non-Convertible Zero Coupon Bond of BDT 1,000.00 million a fixed interest rate 11% for repayment bank loan and support to working capital of the company subject to the approval of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission.
