AGL Energy Limited (AGL) today announced that the Fair Work Commission has granted the Victorian Government's application under Section 424 of the Fair Work Act to terminate the Electrical Trades Union's (ETU's) planned protected industrial action at AGL Loy Yang and AGL's planned response action (announced 4 May). Consequently, neither the ETU's action nor AGL's action will proceed.
