AGX GROUP BERHAD proposed a final tax exempt (single-tier) dividend of 0.45 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023. Ex-Date: 10 Jun 2024. Payment Date: 28 Jun 2024.
Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act, 2016, par value is no longer relevant. This proposed final dividend of 0.45 sen per ordinary share will be subjected to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
