AJ Networks Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of 1,490,763 common shares at a price of KRW 12,075 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 18,000,963,225 on November 2, 2021. The transaction will include participation from Cactus Buyout Private Equity Fund VII Co Ltd. The company will issue shares via third party allotment. The transaction payment date is November 29, 2021. The transaction has been approved by the board of the company.
AJ Networks Co.,Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the provision of equipment rental services.
