AJN Resources Inc. (CNSX:AJN) entered into a binding Term Sheet to acquire 75% stake in PR 15623 Exploration Permit in Manono Region, Tanganyika Province of the Democratic Republic of Congo from Mining Entreprise Katanga SARLU (MEK) for $1.2 million on October 15, 2023. The consideration payable by AJN to MEK is of $0.13 million in cash and the issuance of 5 million common shares in the capital of AJN to MEK and/or its nominees upon satisfaction of certain conditions including the completion of technical, financial and legal due diligence by AJN and obtaining all necessary approvals in the DRC and by AJN.
