AKM Industrial Company Limited Appoints Yang Zhaoguo as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of and the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, Member of the Audit Committee and Member of the Nomination Committee

The Board of Directors of AKM Industrial Company Limited announced that Mr. Yang Zhaoguo (Mr. Yang) has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, a member of and the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee of the company with effect from 15 May 2018. Mr. Yang is currently project manager of AVIC International (HK) Group Limited. Mr. Yang previously worked as senior engineering at the Shanghai Research Institute of Materials. Mr. Yang was previously a director of Shenzhen Sunway Communication Co. Ltd. during the period from 11 May 2016 to 23 April 2017. Mr. Yang's appointment is for a term of 3 years commenced from 15 May 2018 and expiring on 14 May 2021 which term may be terminated by either Mr. Yang or the Company serving at least three calendar months' prior notice in writing to the other party.
