Yeung Ching Yin signed a letter of intent to acquire additional 13.18% stake in AL Group Limited (SEHK:8360) from Wong Yu Ki Andy and Lam Leslie for HKD 0.16 million on January 6, 2021. Under the terms, 115 million shares will be acquired as a part of the transaction. The transaction is subject to signing of definitive agreement
