AL MASANE AL KOBRA MINING COMPANY Al Masane Al Kobra Mining Co. announced that it will issue 937,500 shares at SAR 30 per share for gross proceeds of SAR 28,125,000 on January 11, 2013. The investor will hold 35.25% stake after the completion of the transaction.
Al Masane Al Kobra Mining Co. announced that it expects to receive SAR 28.13 million in funding from Arabian American Development Company.
