Alacrity Securities Limited announced a private placement of 3,300,000 common shares at the price of INR 45.50 per share for gross proceeds of INR 150,150,000 on February 28, 2024. The transaction included participation from new investors Tanaisha Devang Vyas for 550,000 shares, Trina Devang Vyas for 550,000 shares, Piyush M Shah for 198,000 shares, Shrey P Shah for 198,000 shares, Dimple P Shah for 198,000 shares, Premilaben M Shah for 198,000 shares, Piyush M Shah HUF for 198,000 shares, Manisha M Jimulia for 110,000 shares, Darshan P desai HUF for 440,000 shares, Vaibhav Doshi for 440,000 shares, Wealth 4 U Hospitality Consultancy Private Limited for 220,000 shares. The securities will be issued on preferential basis.

The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
