In accordance with Rule 2.10 of the Code, Platform confirms that, as at the date of this Announcement, it has the following shares in issue: 210,969,878 shares of Common Stock at a par value of US$0.01 per share, 2,000,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock and 600,000 shares of Series B Convertible Preferred Stock.
