Alexandria Development Limited made an offer to acquire remaining 11.07% stake in Alexandria Portland Cement Co. (S.A.E) (CASE:ALEX) for approximately EGP 300 million on December 9, 2019. The shares will be purchased in cash at a price of EGP 6 per share. Alexandria Development holds 88.93% stake Alexandria Portland. Upon the completion of the acquisition process, Alexandria Development plans to delist the shares of Alexandria Portland Cement from the EGX.
