Alfavision Overseas (India) Limited announced that Mr. Sonu Verma (Membership No. ACS 45239) has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company effective from 1st December, 2023 due to some personal reasons. His last working day in the Company shall be on 30th November, 2023.
