(Alliance News) - Alfio Bardolla Training Group Spa reported on Tuesday that it closed 2022 with a loss, with the net loss of EUR600,000 comparing to a profit of EUR800,000 in the previous year.

Revenues rose to EUR15.8 million from EUR14.2 million, with significant dgrowth in revenues from coaching and the SBL subsidiary focused on business services. The breakdown by product shows the preponderance of sales of online courses and products, at EUR6.0 million, down 8 percent from 2021 and accounting for 38 percent of total revenues.

Among the main revenue items, this is followed by coaching revenues at EUR4.3 million, up 30% compared to 2021 and equal to 27% of total revenues; revenues from Partner AGL Aste Immobiliari Srl are EUR2.1 million, up 6% compared to 2021 and equal to 13% of total revenues; Wake Up Call revenues are EUR900.000, up 19% from 2021 and equal to 7% of total revenues; revenues for Master Smart Business Lab Srl are EUR900,000 and up 635% from 2021 and equal to 6% of total revenues.

Ebitda decreased to EUR2.5 million from EUR3.8 million in 2021 while operating income is negative EUR500,000 and compares with the positive figure of EUR1.4 million in the previous year.

Cash position improves, to EUR800,000 from EUR100,000 at the end of 2021. Shareholders' equity drops to EUR4.2 million from EUR5.1 million.

ABTG's stock closed Tuesday down 2.4 percent to EUR2.00 per share.
