No.2/2023 held on 14 February 2023, approved to Appoint Mr. Dollawat Promchinvong as the Independent Director and Audit Committee in place of Mr. Chatri Siripanichkorn and Mr. Natthakorn Athithanavanich as the Independent Director and Audit Committee in place of Mr. Preecha Ua-anantathanakul. Effective from 14 February 2023.
The Audit Committee is consisted of Chairman of the audit committee - Mr.Manas Jamveha - remaining term in 2 Year; Member of the audit committee - Mr.Dollawat Promchinvong - remaining term in 1 Year; Member of the audit committee - Mr.Dollav/at Promchinvong - remaining term in 2 Year. Secretary of the Audit Committee is Mr.Tharadol Tharccsam.
