Brain Scientific Inc. is a medical technology (MedTech) company with two product lines, such as neurology and motion products. The Company has two subsidiaries, each of which is focused on one of its complementary product lines. The neurology products of its subsidiary, Memory MD, Inc., are medical devices and software products designed for the neurology market. The products of its subsidiary, Piezo Motion Corp. are motion products, which are small piezoelectric motors designed for use as motors within medical devices and devices outside of the MedTech industry. It has developed about twelve motor platforms and micro dosing pumps, each of which is available commercially. Its NeuroCap is a disposable, soft layered cap with an integrated electrode circuit that is designed to address problems of conventional electroencephalography (EEG) systems. The NeuroEEG connects wirelessly to the computer, allowing freedom of movement for the patient and enabling telemedicine applications.
