Smarteq AB (publ) (OM:SMAQ B) agreed to acquire Åkerströms Björbo AB from Verdane Capital Venture VI, L.P., a fund of Verdane Capital, KMH Viken AB and the management of Åkerströms Björbo AB on November 30, 2015. Post acquisition, Smarteq to change its name to Allgon. Åkerströms will receive compensation in form of new shares corresponding to 48% in the new group and Smarteq shareholders will hold 52% stake in the new group.

Åkerströms as an annual turnover of SEK 80 million.
