Alliances Developpement Immobilier SA (CBSE:ADI) announced a private placement a line of convertible financing for gross proceeds of $50,000,000 (MAD 422,620,000) on June 6, 2013. The transaction will include participation from new investor, International Finance Corporation which will invest in equity and quasi equity instruments. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the investor.
