          Appointment of Principal Officers.

(b) On February 2, 2023, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, Joe Ondrus tendered to the Company his intent to resign, effective February 21, 2023. The Company has not yet appointed a successor.

Also, on February 2, 2023, the Company's Vice President - Operations, Kevin Kroupa tendered to the Company his intent to resign, effective February 21, 2023. The Company does not currently plan to appoint a successor to Mr. Kroupa.
