FATO RELEVANTE

A ALLIED TECNOLOGIA S.A. ("Companhia") (B3: ALLD3), em atendimento ao disposto no parágrafo 4º do artigo 157 da Lei n.º 6.404, de 15 de dezembro de 1976, conforme alterada, e na Resolução da Comissão de Valores Mobiliários ("CVM") n.º 44, de 23 de agosto de 2021, vem informar aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que, nesta data, revisou a projeção de receita bruta1 da sua subsidiária Allied Miami LLC ("Allied Miami") para 2023, divulgadas em Fato Relevante de 10 de maio de 2023.

Referida revisão se deu em razão dos resultados obtidos pela Allied Miami no 2T23, período em que apresentou uma receita bruta de R$ 592 milhões (quinhentos e noventa e dois milhões de reais) e acumulado no ano de R$ 894 milhões (oitocentos e noventa e quatro milhões de reais), conforme informação constante do ITR divulgado no dia de hoje. A Companhia entende que esse desvio em relação à projeção anteriormente divulgada ocorreu pelo sucesso comercial na captação de novos clientes e pelo aumento do portfólio de produtos vendidos pela Allied Miami.

Todas as projeções aqui apresentadas serão incluídas ou atualizadas, conforme o caso, na seção 3 do Formulário de Referência da Companhia, e estarão disponíveis nos sites da Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (http://cvm.gov.br/), da B3 (http://b3.com.br/) e da Companhia (https://ri.alliedbrasil.com.br/) dentro do prazo legal, e eventuais alterações nessas estimativas serão divulgadas ao mercado oportunamente.

A Companhia esclarece, por fim, que projeções e perspectivas para o futuro são meras previsões hipotéticas, não devendo ser interpretadas como garantia de desempenho futuro. ("Company") (B3: ALLD3), in compliance with Article 157, Paragraph 4, of the Law No. 6,404, of December 15, 1976, as amended, and the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários) ("CVM") Rule No. 44, of August 23, 2021, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on the present date, it has revised the gross revenue2 projection of its subsidiary Allied Miami LLC ("Allied Miami") for 2023, disclosed in the Material Fact of May 10, 2023.

This review was due to the results of Allied Miami in the 2Q23, a period in which it reported a gross revenue of BRL 592 million (five hundred and ninety-two million Brazilian Reais) and accumulated in the year of R$ 894 million (eight hundred and ninety-four million reais), as provided in the quarterly information (ITR) released today. The Company understands that this deviation from the previously disclosed guidance was due to the Company's commercial success in attracting new customers and the increase in the portfolio of products sold by Allied Miami.

All projections presented herein will be included or updated, as the case may be, in section 3 of the Company's Reference Form (Formulário de Referência) and will be available in the websites of CVM (http://cvm.gov.br/), B3 (http://b3.com.br/) and in the Company's website (https://ri.alliedbrasil.com.br/) within the legal deadlines, and any changes in these forecasts will be timely announced to the market.

Finally, the Company clarifies that projections and perspectives for the future are mere hypothetical forecasts, and shall not be interpreted as a guarantee of future performance. Due to market factors and conditions that are beyond the Company's control, such as the current political and economic scenario and legal and/or regulatory changes, or even commercial and operational aspects, the result of the projections may differ considerably from that initially forecasted.
