Allis Electric Co.,Ltd. announced resignation of Wu Ying-Chin as the independent director of the company and as a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee due to personal reason. Independent director WU YING-CHIN resigned as an independent director on February 15, 2024 and simultaneously resigned as a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
ALLIS ELECTRIC CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in manufacture of electronic products and electrical products. The Company develops four categories of products. Its switchboards products include closed type switchboards, high and low voltage switchboards, motor control centers and distribution boxes. Its transformer products include oil-immersed transformers, dry type transformers and cast resin transformers, among others. Its industrial and communication electronic products include chargers, photovoltaic inverters, uninterruptible power supply systems, switchable direct current power supplies and remote terminals. Its power transmission and distribution equipment products include section switches, vacuum breakers and vacuum switches, among others. The Company also provides the sales, engineering, installation and after-sale services of its products.
