Almawave Group: Davide Diotallevi new CFO and IR Manager

ALMAWAVE GROUP: DAVIDE DIOTALLEVI NEW CFO AND IR MANAGER

Rome, October 16, 2023 - Almawave S.p.A., an Almaviva Group company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: AIW) and an Artificial Intelligence (AI), natural language analysis and Big Data services leader, announces that from today Davide Diotallevi assumes the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and IR Manager of the Almawave Group.

Davide Diotallevi has developed a solid and extensive career in Finance, Management Control and M&A's, gained in companies such as KPMG and CY4Gate.

Antonello Gresia, whom Almawave thanks for his valuable work over the years, will oversee the handover to ensure continuity and then assume a key role at the parent company Almaviva.

The company also reports that, to the best of its knowledge, neither Antonello Gresia nor Davide Diotallevi hold Almawave shares.
