World Mobile Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:WMHI) agreed to acquire a factory in China on January 7, 2014. The factory owns a Nanotechnology for lithium iron phosphate powder. This nanotechnology has been patented in China and World mobile Holdings Inc. will apply for new global patents upon the completion of the merger.
The merger is expected to close by the end of second quarter of 2014.
