The following information is provided in accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006:
Further to the announcement made on 29 September 2021, Jim Prower resigned as a Director of the Company effective 1 October 2021.
The Company confirms that Jim Prower will receive pro-rated fees as Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair up to and including 1 October 2021 at the rates set out in the Company's 2021 Annual Report. No other remuneration payment or any payment for loss of office of the type specified in Section 430(2B) will be made to Jim Prower.
