Altium Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Sylvia Wiggins and Ms. Lauren Williams as Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company and Mr. Michael Hawker as Lead Independent Non-Executive Director. Details of the experience of each Director is set out below. Michael Hawker has substantial corporate experience in the financial services industry, including as CEO and Managing Director of Insurance Australia Group.

Mr. Hawker brings a deep understanding of risk management and a global perspective. Mr. Hawker currently serves on the Boards of Washington H. Soul Pattinson Limited, Allianz Australia, BUPA Global, BUPA Australia, Board Vicinity Centres and the Museum of Contemporary Art. Mr. Hawker is a graduate of the University of Sydney.

Sylvia Wiggins is a proven listed company director, audit and risk committee chair, listed CEO and CFO. Prior to her Board career Sylvia was CEO of Global Investments Limited and Executive Director- Finance & Commercial at Infigen Energy Group (now Iberdrola Australia). Sylvia has spent many years as an investment banker in principal investment, M&A advisory and capital structuring.

She currently sits on the boards of ASX listed companies Aeris Resources and Service Stream. Ms. Wiggins is a graduate of the University of New South Wales. Lauren Williams is an experienced global technology non-executive director with deep expertise in digital strategy and building high growth businesses.

Prior to her Board career Lauren was the CEO of Australia's second largest digital automotive marketplace Carsguide/Autotrader. Lauren currently serves on the board of Macquarie backed Constructiv Technologies Group. Ms. Williams is a graduate of Harvard University.

The appointment of Ms. Wiggins and Ms. Williams will be effective from 18 September and Mr. Hawker from 1 November. Each of the Directors will stand for election for a full term at the 2023 Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held in Sydney on 16 November 2023. On 8 June 2023, Altium Limited announced that the Board Chairman, Sam Weiss, had communicated his intention to step down as Chairman at or prior to the Company's Annual General Meeting, subject to a suitable replacement being found prior to that time.
