Aluf Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:AHIX) agreed to acquire ITBiometrics, Inc. in December 2021. ITB will continue doing business as ITBiometrics – A Division of Aluf Holdings.
Aluf Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:AHIX) cancelled the acquisition of ITBiometrics, Inc. on September 13, 2022. Certain material closing conditions under the Purchase Agreement have not been met as required. Accordingly, Aluf Holdings and the shareholders decided to cease pursuing the transaction.
