Amanta Resources Limited is a Canada-based company, which focuses on mineral exploration and development in Laos. The Company is engaged in developing the Luang Namtha project in northern Laos. The project is prospective for copper-silver and gold-molybdenum mineralization. The Luang Namtha project is located along the Sukhothai (Malaya) fold belt, a mineralized structure, which hosts various mineral deposits. Evaluation at the Luang Namtha project is mainly focused on the Pakieng area and approximately three styles of base and precious metals mineralization that have been identified in a volcano-sedimentary setting. The Company focuses on identifying, evaluating and acquiring potential mineral occurrences and prospective exploration grounds.
