Business Summary

Amara Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company is principally engaged in three business areas: hotel investment and management, property investment and development, and specialty restaurants and food services. The Company’s hotel investment and management portfolio includes Amara Singapore, Amara Bangkok, Amara Signature Shanghai, Amara Hotels & Resorts, and Amara Sanctuary Resort, Sentosa. The Company’s property investment portfolio includes 100 AM, 10 Evelyn, M5, Sanctuary@Newton, Bedok Avenue, Killiney 118, and CityLife@Tampines. The Company’s specialty restaurants and food services portfolio includes Thanying Restaurant. The Company’s flagship city center hotel, Amara Singapore, is conveniently located next to Tanjong Pagar Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station in the thriving Central Business District. 100 AM is located in the west end of the Central Business District and adjacent to Amara Singapore.
