Ambition Corporation Announces Earnings Results for the Full Year of 2018; Provides Earnings Guidance for the Year 2019

AMBITION Corporation announced earnings results for the full year of 2018. For the year, the company reported sales of JPY 23,278 million against JPY 14,579 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 1,142 million against JPY 291 million a year ago. Pre-tax profit was JPY 1,017 million against JPY 253 million a year ago. Net profit was JPY 611 million against JPY 138 million a year ago. EBITDA was JPY 1,298 million against JPY 335 million a year ago. Operating cash flow was JPY 1,218 million against JPY 1,911 million a year ago. ROE was high at 32.1% in 2018.
For the year 2019, the company expects sales of JPY 28,085 million, operating profit of JPY 1,300 and net profit of JPY 648 million.
Ambition DX Holdings Co Ltd, formerly Ambition Corp, is a Japan-based company engaged in property management business, rental brokerage business, and investment business. The Company operates through three business segments. The Property Management segment is engaged in the leasing properties rented from real estate owners with a rent guarantee to general consumers, real estate owner recruitment agency business, and restoration work when moving in and out.
