The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Amcorp Global Limited announced that Amcorp Homes Pte. Ltd. and Development 72 Pte. Ltd., both of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company and incorporated in the Republic of Singapore (collectively, the "Subsidiaries"), are undergoing member's voluntary liquidation after the completion of their respective projects (the "Liquidation").
Mr. Tan Chin Ren of Tan, Chan & Partners has been appointed as the liquidator for the Subsidiaries.
