Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 26, 2022. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was USD 5,887 million compared to USD 3,445 million a year ago. Net income was USD 786 million compared to USD 555 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.56 compared to USD 0.46 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.56 compared to USD 0.45 a year ago.
