AmeraMex International, Inc. Appoints Andrew Gustafson as Chief Financial Officer

AmeraMex International, Inc. appointed Andrew Gustafson to the position of CFO effective immediately. Reporting directly to CEO Lee Hamre, he will be responsible for all financial aspects of the Company including accounting oversight, financial reporting, analysis and budgeting. He will be the point of contact for all outside accounting and advisory firms. Gustafson will replace Hope Stone who has taken a new position that will allow her to spend time with her active family.
Before joining AmeraMex International, Gustafson was an Assistant Director with Stanford Health Care in the Bay Area. With a career spanning over 25 years, Gustafson brings a wealth of experience in accounting and operations, including a successful IPO with eCollege.com and the founding of a boutique consulting practice. Gustafson is a native of California and holds a BS in Accountancy from California Lutheran University and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
AmeraMex International, Inc. is a provider of heavy equipment for logistics companies, infrastructure construction and forestry conservation. The Company sells, leases, and rents heavy equipment to companies within multiple industries including construction, logistics, mining, and lumber. It maintains a complete maintenance organization, which includes a large parts inventory and service department with certified service techs, along with a steam cleaning service, and paint shop for refurbishing equipment. The Company sells, leases and rents a variety of new and refurbished heavy equipment to companies in the United States, Africa, Canada, Central America and Mexico. It also sells parts and provides repair and maintenance services directly to customers at its Northern California location. It acquires used equipment for resale through trade-ins from its customers, returned customer leases, and selective purchases. It serves rental companies, retailers, warehouses, and food distribution.
