On December 15, 2023, the board of directors of American Healthcare REIT, Inc. authorized a distribution to Class T and Class I stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 27, 2023, for the quarter commencing on October 1, 2023 and ending on December 31, 2023. The quarterly distribution will be equal to $0.25 per share of common stock, which is equal to an annualized distribution rate of $1.00 per share. The fourth quarter distribution will be paid in cash on or about January 16, 2024, only from legally available funds.
American Healthcare REIT, Inc. is a self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns a diversified portfolio of clinical healthcare real estate properties, focusing primarily on medical office buildings (MOBs), senior housing, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), hospitals and other healthcare-related facilities.
