The Grilled Cheese Truck, Inc. (OTCPK:GRLD) entered into a material definitive agreement to acquire Urban Pharms, LLC, DJ&S, LLC and DJ&S Property #1, LLC for $4 million on May 25, 2016. The Grilled Cheese Truck will acquire all the business of acquire Urban Pharms, LLC, DJ&S, LLC and DJ&S Property #1, LLC along with its members for 12 million newly issued shares of The Grilled Cheese Truck. The deal is set to close by June 24, 2016, pending due diligence investigations.
