Gemtek Technology Co., Ltd. (TSEC:4906) made an offer to acquire remaining 63.4% stake in AMPAK Technology Inc. (GTSM:6546) for approximately TWD 960 million on December 22, 2017. As per terms, Gemtek Technology Co., Ltd. offered to acquire remaining 53.09 million shares of AMPAK Technology Inc. at TWD 18 per share. The Board of Directors of Gemtek Technology Co., Ltd. approved the transaction.
The offer period will commence from December 26, 2017 and will end on February 12, 2018.
