Caltex Australia Limited announced its Chairman, Greig Gailey, has retired as Chairman of the Caltex Australia Board and resigned as a Non-Executive Director due to health reasons. Mr. Gailey has been on the Caltex Board since 11 December 2007 and has been Chairman since 10 December 2015. Mr. Gailey has made a major contribution to Caltex Australia during this time as it has transformed from a fuel refiner-marketer to a leading integrated transport fuels player delivering significant value to shareholders. Caltex Australia also announced that the Board has appointed current Non-Executive Director, Steven Gregg, to succeed Mr. Gailey as its new Chairman. Mr. Gregg has been a Non-Executive Director of Caltex Australia since October 2015. He is also currently on the Boards of Challenger Limited and Tabcorp Limited.
