Andrew Yule & Company Limited is an India-based company that is engaged in tea, electrical and engineering business. The Company operates through three segments: Engineering, Electrical and Tea. The Company's Engineering segment manufactures and supplies industrial fans, air pollution and water pollution control equipment, tea machinery spares and turn-key projects. The Company's Electrical segment (E-CO and E-KO) manufactures and supplies high tension (HT) and low tension (LT) switchgear, transformers, relay and contactors, turnkey projects, and power distribution. The Company has two operating units out of which one are in Kalyani West Bengal and one in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and 12 Tea Estates out of which seven are situated in Assam and four are situated in Dooars and one in Darjeeling. Its products are sold in international markets, including United Kingdom, Germany, and United Sates of America. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Yule Engineering Ltd. and Yule Electrical Ltd.
