Angle PLC - Surrey, England-based medical diagnostics company - Announces partnership with BioView Ltd to develop a liquid biopsy circulating tumour cell HER2 assay for breast cancer via Parsortix, a clinical system of Angle. BioView Chief Executive Officer Alan Schwebel says: "CTCs present a unique opportunity to access protein and/or genomic alterations of HER2 throughout the patient's cancer treatment to help ensure eligibility for the right therapy to improve patient outcomes."

Atlantic Lithium Ltd - developing lithium mine in Ghana - Notes infill drilling and diamond drilling programme starts at Ewoyaa south 2 deposit. The drilling is part of its 3,000 metre infill reverse circulation and diamond drilling programme. Says exploration and resource drilling programmes will not impact the delivery of the definitive feasibility study which is on track to be released in the second quarter of 2023.

First Class Metals PLC - metals exploration company seeking large-scale metal discoveries in Canada - Finds 10% nickel, about 4.5% copper and 2.1 grammes per tonne of total precious metals at West Pickle Lake project, which Chief Executive Officer Marc Sale calls "the widest intercepts reported to date from the discovery". He adds: "The results provide further encouragement for our 100% owned contiguous North Hemlo project area and we look forward to developing our own exploration plans in this area through 2023."

Henry Boot PLC - Sheffield, England-based property developer - Completes Industrial & Logistics scheme and adds to its GBP1.25 billion development programme. Says completes on a GBP54 million Power Park scheme, sized 426,000 square feet, located on the former Imperial Tobacco plant in Nottingham. Further, firm buys a 62 acre site in Lancashire in a joint venture with construction company Barnfield Group Ltd, with the project being able to deliver a 786,000 sq ft Industrial & Logistics scheme in Preston. Chief Executive Tim Roberts says: "We are particularly encouraged by the resilience of occupier demand for high-quality warehouse accommodation in key locations, which has enabled us to continue progressing and growing our substantial I&L development programme. We remain cognisant of the headwinds impacting the trading environment but will look to take advantage of market conditions through selective opportunistic land acquisitions which offer attractive development potential, particularly in areas such as I&L where the underlying demand remains undeniably strong."

Kodal Minerals PLC - lithium and gold-focused exploration and development company - Says drilling at Boumou prospect at lithium project in Mali is completed. Finds 1.96% lithium oxide from 100 metres in drill hole KLRC197. Chief Executive Officer Bernard Aylward says: "Given the quality of these results, it is likely that the Boumou prospect will be the focus of our further exploration drilling programme which is expected to recommence in early May when all assay results have been received."

Tirupati Graphite PLC - graphite and graphene producer with operations in Madagascar and India - Gives update on planned acquisition of Suni Resources SA, subsidiary of Battery Minerals Ltd. Tirupati and Battery Minerals agree to vary the allocation of the share consideration between tranches and issue dates. 3.5 million Tirupati shares will be issued on Wednesday and 6.5 million further shares will be issued on December 8. Expects shares to trade on Main Market of London Stock Exchange on Monday.
