Hangzhou Huanrui Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) and Hangzhou Huanhui Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) signed a contract to acquire 13% stake in Zhejiang Environment Technology Co., Ltd from Guangxi Bossco Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300422) for CNY 19.9 million on August 11, 2021. The consideration shall be paid within 5 working days in one time payment after the contract becomes effective. Huanrui Enterprise will acquire 6.7096% stake, Huanhui Enterprise will acquire 6.2904% stake.
