Bahema Educação S.A. (BOVESPA:BAHI3) acquired Three education institutions in Brazil from Anima Holding S.A. (BOVESPA:ANIM3) for BRL 36.5 million on June 29, 2021. The total value includes a BRL 30 million fixed minimum, to be paid in an instalment of BRL 18 million upon conclusion of the operation and BRL 12 million by May, 2022 and an earn out estimated at BRL 6.5 million to be paid over 2022 to 2024 depending on the performance of the schools.
