On December 8, 2023, Animoca Brands Corporation Limited closed the transaction. The company has issued 4,031,111 Simple Agreement for Future Equity for the issue price of AUD 4.50 per Simple Agreement for Future Equity for received AUD 18,140,000 in its second and final tranche closing and received a total of AUD 49,439,998 in the transaction. The SAFEs will be automatically converted to ordinary shares after six months.
