NATCOM, a subsidiary of A NOVO(PARIS.NOV), a leading provider of customer services for digital technologies, has changed its name to A NOVO Americas.

Based in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, A NOVO Americas was acquired in March 2002, allowing A NOVO, already present in South America (Peru and Chile), to extend its value-added services offering in Telecommunications throughout the Americas.

Today, with Telecom Consumer partners such as VERIZON WIRELESS, ASURION, SAMSUNG, LG and KYOCERA, the A NOVO Americas Telecommunications Center of Excellence is enjoying profitable growth and contributing to the Group's strategic development, in particular by delivering A NOVO's value-added warranty extension solutions. Currently A NOVO Americas is servicing over 100,000 units per month with its 400 employees.

Jake SAGEHORN, Chief Executive Officer of A NOVO Americas comments: "As A NOVO Americas we will continue to provide the highest level of service that our Telecom Partners have come to expect. Our new identity will allow us to broaden this support, as well as leverage the international recognition and resources of A NOVO."
